私の作品を生成AIへ使用する際のライセンス料について
作品データ使用1点ごとに、50万円のライセンス料をお支払いいただきます。
また、私の作品データを使用した生成AIを他者に使用させた場合、作品データ数と使用者数に応じたライセンス料をお支払いいただきます。
※以下、私の作品を使用した生成AIを用いて新たなデータを生成する際の規約
・出力されるデータは私(しろた)個人の作品データを30％以上含まないこと
・私（しろた）の作風の連続性を侵害しないこと
・私（しろた）個人の制作物であると他者に誤認させないこと
ライセンス料をお支払いいただき、私の作品を購入された上で上記の規約を守ってご使用ください。規約に違反した場合損害額を計上してお支払いいただき、ライセンス取り消しの上作品データを含む生成AIプログラムを初期化していただきます。
License Fees for Using My Work in Generative AI
A license fee of 500,000 yen is required for each use of my work data.
If you allow others to use a generative AI that uses my work data, you will be required to pay a license fee based on the number of works and the number of users.
*The following are the terms and conditions for generating new data using a generative AI that uses my work.
- The output data must not contain more than 30% of my personal work data.
- The output data must not infringe on the continuity of my (Shirota) style.
- Others must not be misled into believing that the work is my (Shirota's) personal work.
After paying the license fee and purchasing my work, please use it in accordance with the above terms and conditions. If you violate these terms and conditions, you will be required to pay damages, have your license revoked, and have the generative AI program, including the work data, initialized.
